All orders are shipped from New York, and we use the USPS as our main carrier. All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. The USPS does not consider Saturdays & Holidays as business days, so please keep this in mind when eagerly awaiting the arrival of your order.

When your order is completed, and your payment is submitted, you will receive an email confirming your order payment. When your order ships, you will receive a follow up email which includes the tracking number associated with you order.
International orders are shipped via the USPS Priority Mail International Only. International shipping rates are based on order package weight, and shipping destination. International Guests may contact us for shipping quotes to your country. International shipments may be subject to taxes and or duties charges based on your country's policies, and is the responsibility of the buyer or recipient. We encourage our International guests to contact us should they require assistance.
Because of the unfortunate costly shipping rates for International shipments, we utilize the USPS's Flat Rate Boxes whenever possible. If you are interested in placing a order, and have concerns as to whether your selections can be accommodated by the use of a Flat Rate Box, feel free to drop us an email with your order inquiry and we will be happy to confirm or deny the possibility..
We receive the greatest number of inquiries from our International Guests regarding the number of tarts, votives or tea lights, that can be accommodated by the use of the USPS's Flat Rate Boxes. Below please find some guidelines for pricing and quantity. Depending on your ship-to country, the fees posted below may be slightly lower or higher.
Please note; shipping insurance will be added to shipping quote which is based on merchandise total. An exact price quote will be furnished upon request.
When a freight quote is agreed upon, let us know, and we'll be happy to provide you with an order invoice for your selections, which will be sent directly to the email address associated with your Pay Pal account for your order. Unfortunately our server is not set up for the varying freight charges per country, therefore an order invoice must be manually prepared for our International guests. We will provide you with an order invoice promptly after receiving your request.

Medium Flat Rate Box: Maximum 96 Tart or 48 Votive or 18 boxes of Tea Lights - $27.95 + insurance fee
Large Flat Rate Box: Maximum 120 Tart or 72 Votive - $34.95 + insurance fee
Other Countries
International Guests will receive a PayPal payment invoice for their orders upon request. Please be sure the ship-to address posted on your PayPal account is accurate, as this is where your package will be shipped via Priority Mail International.
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation via email. When your order is received by the USPS you will receive a follow-up email, which will contain the tracking number associated with your order. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment, and the USPS typically delivers your order within 10 business days. However, please be aware that the Customs department in your country can hold your package for up to 60 days.
