Our Guarantee
The description of each of the fragrances is those of the companies of which the product is manufactured, or our own interpretation of the scent. These descriptions are given as a way of offering a general idea of how the fragrance may be interpreted. This is by no mean a definitive description, as each person can interpret fragrance quite differently.
As such, we can make no guarantee, that every person will concur with the scent description, or the way an item smells to each individual. Our guarantee, is that each and every item offered is the genuine article, and are manufactured and then purchased by us for re-sale from the manufacturer posted in the description.
With this said, please note that if for any reason you do not care for the way one of the items you receive smells, this is indeed a personal choice, and does not indicate, that the item is not as described, or is in any way defective. However, we would never want you to keep an item you do not enjoy. Therefore you may return any item you receive for a refund of the purchase price (less original shipping cost.) Buyers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns/Refunds
Although it is our hope that you will love each and every item you purchase from us, there may be a time when you find you need to return a purchase. If this should be the case, we want you to know we have a "no questions asked" return policy.
If you should receive an item damaged, we will replace the damaged or defective products as necessary, upon return of the damaged product or the defective part to us. When we receive your returned item, if an identical product is not available, the purchase price will be refunded within 72 hours of receipt of the returned purchase.
Refunds are gladly given for any unused/unaltered item. The item must be returned in re-saleable condition, with all packaging/wrapping fully intact. Refunds are issued in the amount of the purchase price (less original shipping cost.) Buyer accepts responsibility for any costs for return shipping.
We respectfully request that you contact us to let us know when you have indeed shipped your return. Providing us with the insurance/tracking information will help expedite your refund.
Contact us by writing to; info@BurningObsessions.com within three days of receipt of your purchase. We will address your inquiry as quickly as possible, and give you full details on where and how to return your item. It is imperative that you make us aware of your intention to return a purchase or your refund may be denied or delayed.
